Positive: Location is nice and rooms are large.
Negative: 1. Outlets & F&B No snack bar available near the water slides/pool area. Specialty restaurant reservations were completely booked one day in advance by early morning, leaving no chance for late arrivals. Buffet food often ran out one hour before closing time (both breakfast and dinner). Seating capacity of the main restaurant was insufficient, leading to waiting and discomfort. We were even served completely burned fish at the buffet. 2. Facilities & Accessibility Transportation within the property was limited and frequently interrupted. The property is located on a hill, and it is almost impossible to climb stairs from the beach to the bungalows. The beach itself is not sandy, but only a deck. Elevators are too few for the overall guest capacity. 3. Rooms & Amenities Room amenities were very limited. Bed linens and towels were old and tired, clearly in need of replacement. 4. Service & Staff Staff appeared overworked and understaffed, leading to visible stress. Service quality was inconsistent—staff seemed friendly only towards European guests. Many staff members avoided eye contact or showed reluctance to deal with requests, which left us feeling unwelcome. Overall Impression While the property has potential, the combination of poor service, inadequate facilities, and food & beverage issues made the stay disappointing. I strongly recommend improvements in staff numbers, service training, restaurant management, and basic guest facilities (such as transportation and accessibility). I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience in the property.

Positive: The view was stunning. Entertainment and the show was nice. Staff was very friendly and all smiles.
Negative: You need to be fit because you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to beach pool and rooms. Shuttle is not enough and doesn’t work after certain hour. The buildings were outdated.
